What we charge, before you ask.

5 % + VAT on the purchase price. On €200,000 that is €10,000 + VAT. Move the price and see when you pay each part.

What the fees cover

The full five-step process: interview, financial and tax feasibility, shortlist and visits, technical and legal study, offer, negotiation, deposit contract and support through the deed.

What you pay directly

Taxes and their filing, notary, registry, bank costs, utilities, insurance and the lawyer's fees for NIE, TIE or additional documents, which he quotes.

If you don't buy

We refund everything paid except the 2.000 € start payment, which is not refundable because it funds the research and diagnosis of your case. If you buy, that 2.000 € is deducted from the fees.

The three thirds are on fees excluding VAT, once the start payment is deducted. If the final price differs from the estimate, the last payments are adjusted. The wording on refunds and the date of the last payment are set out in the contract, reviewed by our lawyer. This is not a quote.
